We do not provide legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or professional advisory services. Our services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional advice in regulated fields.

2. Remote Services Disclaimer

All services are provided remotely. While we make every effort to deliver clear and helpful guidance, Parents’ Tech Team is not responsible for:

  • Software bugs or outages

  • Issues caused by outdated systems or unsupported devices

5. Booking for Another Person

Sessions may be booked on behalf of another individual (such as a parent or family member). By booking on someone else’s behalf, you confirm that you have permission to do so and that the participant agrees to these Terms.

6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Missed Sessions

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refundable.

  • If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your request.

7. No Guarantees

8. Not Emergency Support

Parents’ Tech Team does not provide emergency or immediate‑response technical support. If you are experiencing an urgent issue related to safety, security, or potential financial loss, please contact the appropriate service provider or emergency resources directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaw Birch Services, LLC, doing business as Parents’ Tech Team, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a session shall not exceed the amount paid for that session.
